Ciel Chen is a New York-based illustrator from China with a love for storytelling. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts, she began working as a freelance artist, primarily in publishing. Her past collaborations include The Los Angeles Times, Breathe Magazine, Ramona Magazine, and more.
